There is a plague of some sort. Mosquitos, maybe? Two fumigators from the public campaign against dengue fever get ready to sanitise one of the many apartments in a tower block situated in the ENC. The Electro-Nuclear City was once part of the grand Soviet-Cuban project to build the first nuclear power plant of the Caribbean. Now, the scant remains of this world weigh down on the backs of three solitary men who, unlike their pet fish Benjamin, have yet to learnt how to breathe underwater.
